So i drew this as a halloween pic for today, as i was abit excited to draw something, and might as well have the spot light on jessie for this pic ^-^'
now if your wondering "jacob! the hell is jessie wearing?!?" well shes wearing some cosmedics i have on tf2 and the stick she has is the stick that is in the new halloween taunt for tf2~
and if your wondering why she has a black chicken hat and also a odd galaxy above her, thats beacuse a freind of mine is planning on giving that exact hat on the 5th!
well i want you guys to tell me if i did the galaxy effect above her head well or not? i feel like i did well but like always, i wont improve if i think i always do everything right~ -w-'
