Happy Halloween! I know it's, like, a big deal for most folk. Halloween ain't so much a big deal for me, but I still appreciate it. So, what better way to celebrate than capping off the series of commissions I've gotten of my were-AWD. And, I saved the best for last!
This lovely picture was made by drpickelle who had opened for colored sketch type commissions, and I wanted to get one, because she makes awesome art. I wanted to get something of my were-AWD that wasn't in the middle of a TF, or chibi, or taur. Just, a classic post-TF sort of werewolf, but AWD instead of wolf.
And, wow, did she deliver. It's because of this picture I kinda actually want to make this guy, like, a full on character instead of just some one off sort of thing. Mainly because he looks awesome (look at those paws and that floof and those markings, it's great!). And, because it's good to have a werecreature character to have for all those werewolf commissions people like doing.
And, plus, this picture's given the character some personality. The other commissions I got, I didn't put much thought into it. But, you know, now I have. This guy doesn't become some horror type savage animal when TF'd. But he's not the sort of werecreature that is completely the same mentally and in control when transformed. When transformed, he's basically, mentally, a wild animal but with higher mental capabilities (though, not to the level of when he's human). But, he's not blood lusted. He'll go out, try to hunt, do whatever a wild animal does. But, he won't seek out and stalk human. And, he's probably cautious of humans, knowing they can be dangerous. But, if push comes to shove, he will attack if threatened. But if you don't bother him, he won't bother you.
So, while that's all the were-AWD pictures I have for now, I'm gonna try and get more. Maybe expand on his character, perhaps. We'll see what happens. I'm looking forward to it.
