The three main characters (Ferdinand, Tom, Jerry) all belongs to Hanna Barbera, the minor ones did I make up myself.
Happy Halloween Everyone!!!
It was the time of the Halloween Holliday to draw closer, and for Ferdinand (Who usually enjoys all the free candy and creative costumes for a plump dog like him to wear) it was just a long wait of being on his guard for any pranks on him from Tom & Jerry that would be in the spirit of the season.
Maybe they would paint him orange and put a living candle inside of him (Turning him into a living Jack Ó Lantern), or do a reverse Bobbing of Apples where they filled him up with both Apples and Water?
So far the most embarrassing thing to happen to him was that he was dressed up in an extra large pig costume (Given how the last year with the cat and mouse moving in his weight had almost become twice as much!), and during the course of the day the two of them had been teasing a lot over how fitting his costume was.
But as the evening started to come by it seemed like the comedic duo was more interested in their own costumes and plans for Trick or Treating, and the already obese Ferdinand maybe would avoid having to gain a few pounds this time?
"Oh Ferdinand! There is someone waiting for you at the door!" The dog's owner Miss Figgs said, and Ferdinand just knew to have a special day like this without any surprises was to good to be true.
Maybe it was a package that would press a big pie into his face and down his throat once opened? Or maybe a small pumpkin that he would be forced to stay stuck into for the rest of the weekend?
To his surprise it was actually Vanessa waiting for him, and she already looked dressed for the season as the white poodle had parts of her dyed black with the remaining white formed to look like lighting bolts, visible scars on her neck and legs, and what almost looked like a white wedding dress. (Giving her a pretty neat looking "Bride of Frankenstein" appearance.)
She seemed to be ready to go out and a have fun night, and her presents outside of Ferdinand's house clearly meant that the was hoping for her pudgy boyfriend to join her.
While Ferdinand felt a bit silly being in this cheap looking pig costume (compared to the actually well crafted one that his lady friend had on) Vanessa just thought that it made his flabby self look even more cute, and seeing that she liked it Ferdinand could also not see any problems with going out like this.
At first it seemed like this would be a very peaceful Halloween dating night for Ferdinand and Vanessa. They would both be trying to find a nice little food place to eat at, while Tom and Jerry would be far off to go hunting for candy from all the houses.
But what neither of them was knowing was that as soon the cat and mouse had got notice about the planned date, they decided to abandon all plans for sweet treats, and instead play some tricks on Ferdinand's love life once again!
Still there might not even be a dinner date to ruin in the first place, since all the restaurants seemed to be fully booked with other couples that had the same idea as the two dogs.
Just as Vanessa was about to think about calling it quit for the night Ferdinand panicked and quickly tried to find something, anything to go to!
Looking around franticly Ferdinand finally laid his eyes on what seemed like the perfect place.
It looked pretty boring and pressed together at a corner, but it also said it was open, had a sign saying that it was a "Special Romantic Halloween Dinning", and it didn't seem to be packed with folks.
Figuring this was as good as it was going to get Ferdinand quickly grabbed Vanessa's paw, and started to lead her inside with him. (With Tom and Jerry not far behind of them.)
Inside the place was looking pretty tacky, with very cheap looking pumpkins and bat stickers and ghost lanterns hanging everywhere. (Not to mention how incredibly empty on any people this place was.)
Still the two dressed up dogs didn't have time to think to much of it as there was suddenly a very well dressed man with a twirling moustache greeting them.
"Good Evening. I am Lucy, and I will be your waiter for this evening." The man said before noticing Ferdinand having a hard time not cracking a laughter over the name of his.
"Humh! Shall such an actual pig of a dog on a skateboard dare to mock me for having not the most "manly" of names?" The waiter thought as he tried to keep a professional straight face and lead the dog couple to a perfect table.
As this was happening Tom and Jerry had also been sneaking inside, and seeing the whole restaurant set they both agreed that the best place to make their date ruining pranks happen is in the kitchen. (All while they watched on as how the only human present had to use an almost unnatural load of strength in order to lift Ferdinand off his skateboard and place him on a chair, so that he could be closer to his female dog partner.)
So while the waiter was handing out big menu's for the dogs to chose from, the cat and mouse quickly made their way to hide inside the kitchen.
"Shall we perhaps start with something small and simple for an appetite? That is, if the stomach of yours will allow that." The waiter Lucy asked as he jokingly poked into the porky belly of Ferdinand's pig costume (That actually was just a thin pink coloured fabric that was covering over the actually super fat stomach of his.), and while the dog being made fun off didn't appreciate it he did see how Vanessa got a good laugh from it, and therefore he decided to just let it be.
Vanessa seemed fine with something small for starters, and she pointed her paw for the interests of the, "Crispy Chicken Wings". (With Ferdinand quickly following her lead and ordering the same, in order to make her like him even more.)
"Two orders of Wings then." The waiter wrote up on his notepad before entering the kitchen, where he also seemed to serve as the only cook at this place. (Explaining how easy it was for Tom and Jerry to find some pretty good hiding places near the action once Lucy did come in.)
Looking on from behind a sack of potatoes and between the small cans of spices on the spice rack, Tom and Jerry spied on as the waiter/now cook prepared a nice set of raw chicken wings before dumping them into two deep fryers with the same time and temperature to them.
Seeing this Jerry was the one getting an idea for how to make the most damage with the smallest of noticeable changes, as he jumped down from the spice rack and ran up to change the temperature settings on one of the deep fryers!
It might not seem like much, but once having done that Jerry ran over to join Tom as the one man staff came back to start guarding his food. (Not noticing the inconsistent temperatures they now had.)
Once they both started to beep loudly he took out the now fried chicken wings, and nicely put them each on a plate before brining them over to the romantic couple.
Given how used Ferdinand now was over being stuffed with food until he couldn't move his stomach had started to become used to it, and was already now demanding to be served something.
So when the fried chickens showed up Ferdinand was very quick of setting his teeth into one of them...only to get an unbelievable pain in his jaws from taking his first bite!
Thanks to Jerry's change to the wings they had been cooking in such high temperatures that they where now about as hard as rocks!
So while Vanessa was enjoying some perfectly cooked wings with a delicious fried cover on top of them, Ferdinand had to toss the one he tried to bite back onto the plate and push it aside.
For the waiter watching this whole thing he couldn't help but feel a tiny bit offended by the fat dog's refusal to even eat what he had been putting his heart and soul into making.
"Funny how the one that looks like an actual pig can also dare to be such a picky eater." The waiter thought as she saw the exact same meal being eaten by the female dog without any complains at all.
Once Vanessa was done the waiter came to take both plates with him, and as he got closer to the dogs Ferdinand's belly started to growl violently over the lack of food it still hadn't got.
Ferdinand was blushing a bit over his belly making his hunger so painfully clear, but Vanessa was quick to change the subject by pointing at the next thing on the menu she wanted.
"Ah. The Spaghetti special. Good choice." Lucy said as he was writing it down.
"Let me guess, one portion to share?" He asked (given what kind of evening the dogs was planning to have), but Ferdinand's belly gave out another loud rumble and the waiter changed his mind and said, "Better make it two portions to make your little friend happy." (Refereeing clearly the to large mass of fat that was hanging from Ferdinand's front.)
Back into the kitchen Lucy starts to cook some pasta, fry some meatballs, and preparing a special sauce to pour over the pasta dishes as a final touch.
As he was working on three things at the same time it was Tom's turn to try and upstage Jerry, and the cat looked everywhere to see if he could find the perfect weapon to ruin this dish.
His eyes finally settled on a bottle of Hot Sauce, and he knew that this would do just fine once he found the perfect moment.
Given that he was a lot bigger then his mouse counterpart Tom never really saw a good enough moment to use the hot-sauce on anything, since the cook/waiter would easily notice him.
It wasn't until it was time for plating when the moment came as Lucy found that he was one plate short after dishing up for Vanessa, and while he was gone Tom sneaked up to where the remaining sauce was still cooking and emptied the whole bottle into it!
He then quickly rushed back before Lucy returned, and unknown to what had just happen he just plated pasta and meatball as ordinary for Ferdinand, before then pouring next to all the special sauce over it!
"If that hog of a dog doesn't like my special sauce then I don't know what he eats to get so fat!" Lucy thought to himself as he then carried both plates out to the dinning room.
Upon eating Vanessa started to happily munch down on all the meatballs and spaghetti that she could, while Ferdinand got so enchanted by the smell of his dish that he almost forgot to eat and just drool all over it.
He then decided to take his first mouth full, and he had not more then had it in his mouth for a second before the spices made him spit it out and have him empty entire water can to clean his mouth!
The sauce was basically uneatable for him, and since it was covering literally the whole plate this made it another dish that Ferdinand couldn't eat anything from. (And as his hunger grew so did the volume that his unsatisfied belly made!)
This time Lucy had been expecting at least some more positive response from his obese guest, but this was an even more disrespected way of rejecting his food!
"Just look at him! His girl knows that nothing is weird about it. I basically kept my eyes on the making of this dish all the time, but it is still not good enough for this spoiled slob!"
As he once again brought an empty plate and an untouched plate back to the kitchen he was making sure that the desserts will be the best the gentle girl dog and her untrained mutt of a partner has ever seen!
Vanessa had this time picked a classic Chocolate Mousse for dessert, and this time Lucy wasn't taking any chances!
"First I will make an ordinary sized portion for the female, and then I will make an enormous Mousse for that fat one! Not even a super critic like him will be able to resist this!" The man said as he started working onto Vanessa's dish first.
Tom and Jerry was both wondering what they could be doing now to sabotage Ferdinand's dessert, now when the man in charge would be making the dogs portions separately.
It wasn't until Jerry noticed how all the cans containing the spices and ingredients didn't have any labels on them, but instead stood in little cabinets with their names on them. (Sugar, Flour, Salt, and so on...)
Once done with Vanessa's chocolate portion Lucy turned his back and focused on plating it.
That's when both Tom Jerry ran up to the cabinets and quickly changed the places for two of them.
Sugar and Salt.
They the dashed back to hide right when it was time for Ferdinand's meal to be made.
As it was expected now when Lucy was about to pour sugar into the bowl it would instead be salt, but neither Tom or Jerry could ever guess how MUCH salt Lucy was now pouring in! (Almost emptying the whole can!)
"I will make it so sweet that not even that dog's sour taste will be able to resist it!" Lucy said as he started to mixture Ferdinand's chocolate batter with a lot more anger then with Vanessa's.
Once that one was also platted he carried both the Mousses over to the dogs, and both Ferdinand and Vanessa was very surprised over the huge size of Ferdinand's dessert compared to hers. (But Ferdinand's belly was for sure happy now to have something HUGE to eat.)
Lucy watched on (expecting both dogs to highly enjoy the meals) but found himself with the same horrible outcome yet again, as while Vanessa loved the taste of her dessert, Ferdinand was just taking one bite before slitting it out and try to get the salty taste out of his tongue!
"THAT'S IT!!!" Lucy shouted out in complete anger as he then grabbed a hold off Ferdinand and yanked the fat dog with him into the kitchen! (Pulling him with such force in his collar that he ripped completely out of his pig costume.)
Vanessa was very surprised by this sudden anger of the man serving them both, but she too had found it a bit strange how her otherwise food loving Ferdinand didn't enjoy this three courser. (She just hoped that things would get to aggressive in there.)
Once in the kitchen Lucy didn't hold anything back as he got himself a huge skewer and some rope, before binding up the fat dog's paws next to it!
"This time you are going to eat what I serve you!" Lucy said before he started to push everything he could find into the mouth of Ferdinand!
Tortilla Breads! Eggs! Whole Ham! Cucumbers! Carrots! Cheese! French Fries! Zucchini! Salmon! Grapes! And even an entire sack of Rice got poured down into the throat of the strapped up dog as Lucy made sure he swallowed it all down!
For Ferdinand this felt like a typical "bad situation" scenario for him, and he could just guess that somewhere, somehow Tom & Jerry would be responsible for this! (But he also had to admit that after being so hungry for such a long time, his massive belly did enjoy the classic "getting stuffed silly" treatment as it was used to now.)
Once finished with the force feeding (And looking even more like a fat pig then when he wore his costume), Ferdinand thought that this was the end and he and Vanessa could go home.
But that's when Lucy started to show a much more "sinister" side as he was starting up a giant pot, and making that water start to boil into some dangerously high temperatures!
"What better way of getting rid off a snobby rich boy dog then to stuff him up, cook him up, and then have him serves as a special treat for his girl?!" The mad man said as he was seeing great enjoyment into turning Ferdinand now into a meal himself!
That's when Tom and Jerry decided to try and defend their friend from the trouble they caused, as they grabbed stuff like a rolling pin and spoons to toss at the human guy.
They where planning to next untie Ferdinand and escape before things could escalate to far, but right as they reached the ropes the guy accidentally got his foot under the rolling pin they had tossed and he lost his balance so badly that he ended up falling into the big cooking pot!
At this point they all three was just looking stunned (Given how they might have just accidentally killed someone), but that's when something way worse happen!
The man rise up from his cooking tomb, but he was transformed now. He looked a lot more like a demon, and it upon hearing his voice they all realised just who they where dealing with!
"Fine! If that's how you want it, then I will show you my real form! I am not Lucy, but Lucifer! And I use this restaurant as a way to trick my victims to become my personal meals!" He said before starring down at the three of them.
"I was just planning to eat that massive canine with the picky taste buds, but now I will make sure all 4 of you here joins me in hell!" He said before noticing they where all gone.
Tom and Jerry had decided to not finish tying Ferdinand up, and instead tried to carry him away on the stick as Lucifer let out all of his dark powers after them!
As they tried their best to avoid getting his by lightings, fire, or Lucifer's own demon hands, Ferdinand's half fixed knots started to get up by themselves, and just as big shock wave hit them all did the fat dog get free from his bonds, and started to fly into the air!
Outside the kitchen Vanessa had heard all the noise and started to get worried for real, and just as she was about to come in and look after Ferdinand her lover came flying out, landing on his skateboard, and while being pushed forward of the great speed he accidentally ran into Vanessa, and made her ride along him on his back.
Tom and Jerry wasn't far behind as the whole place was starting to collapse due to the dark powers trying to get them all, and as they all four managed to make it outside there was a big flash before the place where the restaurant had previously stood in was just empty now!
Truly the spirits of Halloween meant that some very unnatural forces had been at play, but for Vanessa all she cared about was that her pudgy lover had been saving her from a great danger.
She showed her great love for him by giving Ferdinand a big kiss on his mouth, and for Ferdinand it didn't matter if he had both been starving and overfeed during the same night, as for him that kiss was the true treat during this tricky night.
