I drew this on a doodle sheet and decided to color it. I also recorded the entire process from blank page to finished image! Once I've uploaded it somewhere, I'll link it. it's a time-lapse video, so although the image took maybe 2 hours to complete, the video is only six minutes long.

I started off the same way too, sketch - scan - finish but manage now to reduce a lot of the finish steps which probably halved the working time. I think that like traditional media I&P finishers once you get a routine you can whiz through stuff automatically - helps with consistency too :)
How do you get on with the cintiq? I tried one last year and found it so un-nerving drawing on a screen so stuck with intuos, guess the hand-eye co-ordination was confused :P I like paper though, unfortunately you can't 'undo erase' !!
