here is a quick comparison pic of my first self-made suit (left) that i just completed in time for anthrocon this year and my second suit (right) that i just finished. I've learned a lot already and am excited to continuing making suits!
suki, who debuted at anthrocon this year, was swiftly retired directly after. i learned a lot making him, but he's basically unwearable haha. several seams popped during the con (the most problematic one being his crotch!), he has awful vision, and his neck doesn't fully cover my shoulders!
suki was made on a DVC resin base while milky is a fully foam head
