You take a minute to get back in the air, and soon enough you can see the city of Cah below- you’re nearing the Royal District, which is quite small for its given name. It’s less of a general living or market area and more of a buffer before things or people are sent to the palace proper.

Any mail going to the palace will be there- but you could stand to browse around in the town proper for awhile if you have something else in mind, too. It looks like they’re still unloading anyway.
