This is a recreation of the superfat mouse character from an episode of "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo". This gluttonous rodent has eaten one too many Scooby Snacks and Cheddar Cheese Monster Gloop, she's required to wear the XXXL Royal Disposable Mouse Diapers. She's a cheese queen by appetite and is willing to put Acme Dog Biscuits out of business by eating up their entire merchandise, before it has the chance to sell.
