Well, what a pleasant surprise~! Lugia has always been an elusive beast and has enjoyed the privacy the Whirl Islands provide, but I don't think many would guess that it was to indulge in the feeling of thick and crinkly nappy. Unfortunately, Lugia's secret is out and the poor thing can't help but blush~

And that makes the last overdue commission! It's been a long time coming, but I'm glad to have it done.

This was the commission for  clandestinewing who wanted to see Lugia hanging out in the Whirl Islands in some nice padding. I'm actually super proud with how the background turned out for this one, especially the effects of the water and lighting. Looking forward to doing more full background pieces in the future ^^
