It's about time I made a Dutch Angel Dragon!

I've actually had this character for quite some time, maybe two years? Hemlock was just stuck as a quick drawing on my laptop for all that time XD

Hemlock is pretty grumpy most of the time (though he is secretly a cinnamon roll), and the design is loosely based off of a pileated woodpecker, one of my all time favorite birbs.
