One of the many extraordinary individuals employed by the US army during the Global War 2 in their fight against the Eastern Empire and their Vulture emperor (Yellow Vulture from Operator 5) and the Nazis in Europa with Adenoid Hynkel at the helm, Dr. Herbert West pardoned for his actions earlier in his twisted career. The government demanded something in return however. Undead soldiers that wouldn't be slowed by the destructive maelstrom of a bloody chaotic battlefield. And for a time he cooperated.
