Just the ram girl I made, again...
Most likely waiting, for a friend to give her a friendly hug or something, while at a hot-spring based pool. (Nothing dirty of course, just cute.)
The handcuffs that are on her, are actually not real; they're a prop, meaning that she can remove them, at any time. (Notably, she got to keep them, after acting in an independent comedic horror film. XD)
