Dregurrs - OPEN DRAGON SPECIES
i made a cute lil open species for fun, inspired by lemurs ;v;
THEY ARE AN OPEN SPECIES
YOU CAN MAKE AS MANY AS YOUD LIKE
you can also make and sell adopts of them
the only rule if you make one is to credit/link back here so people can see thing/make their own and so I can also see the wonderful dregurrs youve made! and to also follow the species rules below <3
the ref is feral but they can be anthro as well
species rules:
there arent many, feel free to play with ur dregurr, the only species rules are as ollows
- tail is always long and prehensile
- tail always has stripes, doenst have to be stripes all along but must have some
- ears are always rounded, they can be any size and style but must be rounded at the tip, no pointy ears!
- horns and wings are both optional, some dregurrs have them some dont
- wings are like shown
- horns are usually small but can be any style/amount, most common is 2 tho
- front hands/arms are scaley, back legs are paws
- tongue is forked
- they have flexible necks and bodies, they can be longer than shown, they can also be shorter/fatter/small/tall but should still at least look and be a little flexible
they can have any colours and patterns
dregurrs are omnivores but usually prefer to eat mostly fruits
they can range from rodent size to horse size!

I almost bought an adopt of one of these, with the plan of giving them some actual lemur features... But then I checked this species info, and I guess I didn't realize Dregurrs literally have no lemur traits at all?
The only lemur-like quality is the striped tail, but only 1 species out of over 110 total lemur species has that, so... It's not really a "lemur trait" so much as it's just a proportionately-uncommon marking possibility for lemurs, as a whole. 8'D
Do Dregurrs have no room at all for makers/buyers to change features, to actually make them kinda lemur-y? :/

Well yeah they aren't lemur dragons
Just got inspiration from lemurs they don't look very lemur at all tbh
And of course u can change ur character of yours if u want
If it still has the key dregurr traits u can call it a dregurr still tho if u remove the key traits it'd just be a random dragon/lemur character or something I guess
But feel free to do whatever
