Bio:
An emigrant from Maca, Dell Mann has been running with various underground musical acts such as The Starkelz, Jamdrome, 7Killer, The Rakes, and many others for about the entirety of the two years he’s stayed in Terminus City. An exceeding talented virtuoso in the areas of guitars, piano, rapping and songwriting - Dell has successfully brought down the house on many occasions; but he never stuck around with any band for long as the often decadent lifestyles of rock stars failed to gel with his more introverted and esoteric outlook. When they wanted to drink and party, he preferred to tune a guitar or crack open some philosophical literature.
Having graduated with a bachelors in music with a minor in philosophy, Dell Mann is an individual of erudite tastes - often enjoying the discussion of morality, religion, metaphysics, etc. He does however get frustrated when people don’t share his same enthusiasm for debate. Though despite Dell’s serious conversational style, he can progress well into a complex rhetorical argument...only to crack a low-brow “your mother” style joke. The Okapi has a very odd and often startling sense of humor.
Though Dell partakes in few vices, he enjoys a joint occasionally on the very few down-times he allows himself; a hold over spiritual-drug that had been freely consumed by his parents.
Recently, after getting a check-up at Vita Hospital, the doctors discovered that he possessed latent magical talent - mainly in that his blood is eldritch touched. Dr. Tachibana offered that he join the Transcendence Hospitaler, where he could learn to control his untapped powers for the betterment of himself. After carefully thinking things over, Dell accepted - fascinated by where this path would take him.
Because of Dell’s prodigious musical talent, he has learned to manipulate sounds waves through the medium of wind. Having been hooked up with a pair of magic-conducting headphones and guitar by a reluctant Hep, Dell controls his powers by rapping and shredding. Dell is a powerhouse, capable of blasting crowds with exceedingly forceful tones that are difficult to avoid or block; though on the flipside, his attacks tend to root him in place and are a significant energy expenditure.
A young sage wise beyond his years, Dell Mann has been quick to earn the respect of Tachibana, Mahesh, and the other members of the Transcendence Hospitaler. Though perhaps a little too contemplative for his own good, which sometimes lead him to be obstructive during times requiring decisiveness, he is nonetheless a valued member of the Hospitalers.
