The girl made youkai, consumed by jealousy and guardian of the bridge people no longer cross. She was originaly supposed to help people cross the bridge but she instead seems to be hellbent on "Slowing down" people who want to cross.

She's different from most of the touhou characters in a way, her theme song is even more depressing than Patchouli's, and yet it's still fun to listen to.

I put alot of time into this image, I wanted to make it really amazing. It's not perfect but it definatly looks presentable so im proud of it.
