Doing another one of these since I've been wanting to paint more scenery stuff.

Auction is for placement of character only. The background is set as it is, I will not make any changes or add elements to it. I will refine it a bit further than it's seen here and add more detail in the finished version.
Character must retain the overall proportions of the sketch in the picture - quadruped dragon with two wings. Wings can be changed to be feathered if necessary. Other character details such as horns can be changed around entirely.
