Humans get scared on Halloween, but even monsters can get creeped out. Poor Hugo the messenger bat from "The Ketchup Vampires" has been sissied up for Halloween by his mistress Huberta. Those Batsies Size 3 diapers, make flying difficult. Hugo can't show his face, let alone his padded bottom in the outside. At least Huberta knows when to change him.
