wcd1959 Zephery Hughes for the Germania Artists' Portfolio. This shows Germania dressed if she was living in 1790s Germany. The way she is lifting up her dressed would've been considered provocative for young ladies of that time. (Okay you French Revolutionary droolers, put the tongues back in the mouth.)
