I was doing some warm-up doodles last night and it started looking like :DWA1810: 's character description . . .so I sort of ran with it.
I hope DWA1810 doesn't mind.
- col-erase pencils (I like to sketch in colour, - red for the basics, navy to define further - so the colours here aren't anywhere near correct for the character)

That's what I was aiming for
This is just a rough with those col-erase pencils I like to doodle in. The trouble with 'em is that they only seem to go so dark, and prove tricky to erase (they're almost waxy at times).
One of these days (possibly when I get this local convention business that I'm wrapped up in) I'll redo it. I think if all the blue was actually black, that would show up better.
