Outstanding. I, personally, like to imagine gryphons as intelligent but still very primal animals, and you exquisitely portray the brutal side of nature in all its raw beauty- Using a decidedly unnatural creature.
In regards to anatomy, I feel the head is worth pointing out in that many artists "improvise" a head for this sort of creature, something that might be a mix between feline and avian but often comes off looking neither. Your head is very avian, staying faithful to its roots, while the ears still give it a sense of otherworldly majesty. Very nice.
