Stupid Fortune Cookie: Halloween Special 1 pg 2!
Page 2 of the Halloween special!
Ohhh, Beef. Beef Beef Beef. He is, hands down, the character that has surprised me (and is currently amusing me) the most. Originally cast as a bit player, but his big personality has won him a larger role. Physically, he's a beast. Huge muscles, eyes hidden behind mirror shades. He's got a pretty intense career too as a helicopter pilot/EMT. He LOOKS intimidating, even his postures are imposing, and he seems (from afar) serious. But get to know him and you realize that underneath the dudebro shell is one of Ballpointe's leading suppliers of sass and Broadway musical appreciation. Oakley, known afffectionately by friends as the Beef, is waaaaaay more likely to suckerpunch you with Wicked medleys than a fist. He also takes himself the least seriously out of anyone. As Arty likes to say, "How can you tell when Oakiedokie*'s not being serious? His mouth is open and he's saying words."
I see a lot of myself in the Beef (sometimes perhaps a little TOO much, but there's time to get into that later), but perhaps the biggest personality trait he gets from me is the fact that he will probably always be a giant kid at heart. Oh, and he laughs like a wheezing hyena.
But most of all, who wouldn't want to be a were-i-copter?
Poor Lottie, your debut got overshadowed by Man-Panda-Ham over there. :( Sorry, oinkoon. But Charlotte Loosa is a bit more shy... she sort of reminds me of a tomboyish Fluttershy. Who loves flash mobs and tattoos (she's a tattoo artist) :) She's the second wife of Apple Loosa, the tricerafox. She and Apple met the rest of the Bridge Night crew on the day it was actually founded (when they crashed Custard and Beef's wedding 5 years ago.)
*Oakiedokie is the nickname Arty uses for Oakley, and in turn, he calls him Artychokey. "Oakiedokie!" "Artychokey!" ....ithoughtitwasfunny :(
