Here is Lucian.
So guys, you remember  kumbartha's OC, Fire, right (I really should draw him as a dragon as he IS a dragon, goddammit) ? You remember he's supposed to be the Chancellor's mate, right ?
Well, kumbartha and I started to ship these 2 so much it went from only sex to love and from boyfriends to husbands (they will travel in a foreign island in which they could, away from Church ; we RP'd it a bit, it was hilarious with the painful traditions we invented XD) ; and even before we decided to make them husbands, as soon Erika Strobel showed us the character concept arts, we noticed there was an unused little human boy concept named Gavin (http://zupimages.net/up/16/30/43k1.jpg), and  kumbartha decided to make him their adoptive son the Chancellor found as a baby in a flower field and and we decided they raised him so well he thought he was a dragon until they told him the sad truth at 9.
And we started to love the idea of these 2 idiots as fathers I got sad Fire, in the RPs, was furious the Lady of the Lake granted Blaze and Burnevere 2 biological children (Mairead and Iagan) while they couldn't I decided in the RP Blaze (as I played as him) convinced them to go on their magically conceived egg quest, and they got to have, at the same time than Blaze and Burnevere, have a biological egg by dropping a drop of blood of each in the Lady of the Lake's lake as she chanted stuff and after the riddle was solved and the artifacts brought to her (read Iagan's description) ; and so that's how Lucian was born.
Lucian is 4, just like Iagan, as their eggs have been conceived at the same time in the same place and popped out of the lake at the same time but he hatched one day after the due date contrary to Iagan who hatched 2 days before. At 4, he is extremely shy and cowardly, always hiding behind his fathers and big bro Gavin (who was jealous of him when he was an egg and a baby but soon ended up to be his BBBFF), and had no friends because he was too scared and hated people around. So his main hobby was drawing, to the point he became very skilled soon with practice and practice (and will be an artist as an adult ; spoiler) ; here, he drew his family and gave it to the Chancellor (his face is not visible but the old dragon is probably wipping in joy with little hearts over his head and a big proud grin and big shiny puppy eyes). he doesn't know how to read and to spell yet, being a normal 4-years-old (contrary to Iagan who's a prodigee), but he simply asked Gavin to write for him "My family" and copied the signs.
HOWEVER, as soon puberty will strike, he will suddenly become a social butterfly, vain, pervy and flirty, successful with girls and popular, dragging Gavin with him to make him meet people and having bad grades due to either just drawing in class or skipping classes, bringing him in conflict with his fathers, especially the old Chancellor who has less patience than Fire.
