Enad lives in a somewhat recovering world from some catastrophic event simply known as the "impact". It's not clear what happened, but the event reshaped the layout of the world.

Enad spends his time travelling around to various groups and settlements and even cities to sell his wares, which consist of prosthetics.

Enad is extremely skilled in nano technology and has managed to make synthetic limbs which are able to transfer the sensation of touch to the user and work just as well as a normal limb.

In the world in which he lives in, Mana was once a well understood material, but post impact, it's not fully understood. Most people try to use it as a shortcut when it comes to anything involving technology, such as grafting on prosthetic limbs. However, in it's unrefined state, it will attach the limb, but can cause very odd side effects.

Enad, frustrated by so called "professionals" complete buffoonery, sought to make tech that did not rely on the short cuts that mana provides and outright refuses to work on anything involving mana due to how untrustworthy it is.

However, during one day, he happened across a warehouse that was burning down. Pushed by his incentive to help, he traversed the building to find an occupant trapped under the burning rubble. Putting his safety aside, he dragged their badly battered body out of the burning complex before it collapsed. They had lost both legs and an arm, but they would live.

Enad, however, had sustained severe burns on his hands and forearms. He left as emergency crews arrived. he did not want them to help him as he knew they would shortcut it with mana, and he couldn't accept that.

After a month of severe burning pain that came with his damaged hands, he underwent an excruciatingly slow process of creating new hands and forearms for himself. Nerve by nerve, cut by cut, he slowly removed one hand, replacing it with the prosthetic before he did the same to the other; a process that took an agonizing two weeks.

Now sporting two silver hands and forearms, he showcases how effective his prosthetics are to all he meets as he simply tries to make his way in life.
