Long story short. Cat was sitting on double rents for a while and needed help with this. $1000 worth and he first did not agree with my terms on 5% interest on that so we came to another agreement that he furiously agreed on which was this amazing picture and he was salty as a potato chip in the middle of a salt lake bed. XD Even so I increased the saltyness after this was finished by pointing out that the cost for this image reprecented 10% interest. TOTALLY worth it!
