Who is Sally Acorn? Also I was think more like Sergeant Calhoun vs Lynn Kurosawa, Beast vs Jon Talbain...even Cody vs Baloo all in an over the top 3 on 3 tag battle game. It would mix cartoon and anime style animations, style, personality's ect.

Sally Acorn is a princess in the Sonic Hedghog universe of comics - Archie Comics. There have been a couple crossovers between Sonic and Megaman recently.

Most of them where just special characters you couldn't play like Jubilee, Unknown soldier ect.
