This reminds me of one of the new Demons in Doom 3 it has claws for hands and its mouth is similar to this drawing of you XP

Its a Digimon Called Dexdorugamon, its dead but needs Digimon Souls to stay alive and its reminiscent to the Cyber Augmented Demons in all four Doom games but that's not the scary part. The Scary part is I was a walking Zombie Psychologically myself and I wasn't aware of it.
