Unnamed Character, male Nevrean who is a reconnaissance scout in the Gold Ring Vigilance Committee, in chapter 4 of my story Enchanted Wolf Vineyards. As there is no images of any of the Gold Ring Vigilance Committee uniforms, I am having to interpret how the uniforms may look based on the Gold Ring police uniforms. Fun facts: This male nevrean is naturally good at gliding, and has been training on his flying abilities. To assist in his flying, he starts on the top of a Light Strike Vehicle, and as the vehicle picks up speed, his wings produce lift. This raises him up in the sky like a kite. He does this to conserve his strength, as he can fly only for limited periods of time. He drops the rope and handle bar when he has reached sufficient altitude. His upper chest, around the keel, is puffier / larger than the average Nevrean as he has more well developed the muscles there. The leg feathers are actually pants with synthetic feathers attached, to give additional lift, like a second wing on a biplane, simular to a microraptor ( http://f.tqn.com/y/dinosaurs/1/S/w/.....aptorgetty.jpg ). The wing span is artificially increased on the Nevrean as well using arm brace reinforced synthetic wing primary feathers. All this to keep him up in the sky for as long as possible to increase battlefield awareness.
