The Chinese factory is obviously feeding you wrong information (Or there is a miscommunication)
You can get inside most inflatables. Be it a giant advertising balloon, or only of those big displays and jump around/wriggle it about. But if you plan on ordering one of these for yourself, you'll be disappointed to find it'll just stand there. Or someone will have to follow you around with a long extension cord and a blower.
