Or medical. It's referred to as the 24 hour clock. And 17:00 translates to 5pm, Whole point of that so when someone says. I'll see you at 3. They mean 3 am vs I'll see you at 1500

Ok, I kinda liked Jane before, but that line in the third panel was total emotional manipulation. "Oh if you don't go with me,I guess I'll just stay home and be miserable". Also that doesn't answer Scott's question. In fact, that just confirms that they're planning something
