This is a Galactican (alien), technically, not completely a reptile. His race have rock hard skin and different abilities. This one is protected by rose quarts.

Not exactly the bravest soul on the Galactican planet, however Revir and other like him are indeed the fastest and lightest of their kind. He is curious by nature, like a deer really. However if there was any sort of threatning motion or sound, he'd be the first one out.

Revir's especially different from other Galacticans solely because of his toes. Notice that they are round, not claws like the other races of Galacticans. This allows Revir to run over the surfaces of water smoothly.
