One reason why I liked the raptors in Warcraft so much, they have these tribal-like necklaces and bracelets on them that they apparently make themselves despite being feral animals ^^
I think it's pretty cool seeing things like this, where they're more than just critters :>
Like, there was a little companion booklet for D&D games where they focused on raptors, and one of the examples was an adventurer raptor that left his tribe to travel the world and live amongst the other races. So he had a cloak, some equipment, and even a human-made weapon. Seeing raptors - and dinosaurs in general - as actually becoming a full fledged race of their own and being more than just animals was always a cool thought to me ^^
