For my latest "Throwback Thursday", I have another digital 'photo-op' taken by my brother Glenn with the camera feature of his smartphone...
A previous picture of his - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/16611088/ - depicts several Egyptian geese walking on the grassy portions of Oriole Gardens (the Margate, Florida condo community where Glenn and I live, in separate apartment). But this time, we find a small flock of Egyptian geese in a more natural environment: namely, in the water of a (man-made) canal on the north side of the complex. And, with the exception of an occasion 'honk', the flock of geese quietly floated along.
In the background are the regular one-story homes of other Margate residents with backyard lawns of well-cut grass (and some of these backyards have their own little pier, to launch vessels ranging from rafts and canoes to small motorboats and jet-skis - though none are seen in this picture).
