I was trying to 3d model a 1 to 1 copy of the nuk pacifier and scale it up from the toddler version to adults.
If nuk did make a "PROPER" adult pacifiers it would probably be close to these dimensions on the guard:
3.012" x 2.137"
The closest abdl pacifier we have to those proportions is this: https://www.adultpacifier.com/custo.....ult-guard.html
My only complaint is the guard dips to far down in the center and it shows your upper lip way more than it should and it sorta ruins the way it would look naturally.

I actually found a file online that is the exact copy and paste of the original nuk. I used that instead and blew it up to proper sizes but I have yet to 3D print it. Mainly because I still live with family and it would take a while. I need a time where I am alone all day cause I think its like a 6 hour print or so.
I've dug around the internet and found the nuk style shield 3D model someone else made some years back. Tinkered with 2 prints through Shapeways, which wasn't too bad on the price. The model I have is too thick though, the shield I printed is also a little too heavy, especially with the handle. Another problem is that the holes in the shield are too big. The only plus with it, is it's snug against the face and covers the upper lip very well. My question is, have you had anymore luck with your model and prints? I've been looking around for a better model, or someone who could tweak the model I have, so that it's thinner, the holes a little smaller, etc. adultpacifier.com has great shields and all, I do like their bigger shield but it's still just not quite big enough. At least to me, it barely covers the lips and there's PLENTY of space not covered over the upper lip. I've been in contact with them in the past, they aren't interested in making a nuk style shield or making another mam style shield that is bigger, as an option for those of us who like a proper fit and feel.
Are you talking about the one someone made on adisc? That one is like almost a exact replica.
I have the model somewhere but wanted to try and get rid of the clipping part they added.
The only reason I haven't continued this project yet is because of saftey concerns. If you wanted to be 100% safe you would need to use the 3d print to make a mold and pour BPA free and safe plastic into the mold. Then you need to use a epoxy to seal it to prevent any bacteria growth. Also you need to make sure the nozzle you use on the 3d printer isn't lead based.
Its not that hard to do all of that I just have been busy with everything else in life combined with me not living on my own yet.
