Mal'Vosrin is the ancestral weapon of House Domitius (Malekai's family on his Mother's side). The sword was first wielded by Maldrubaal von Schattenburg (better known as Maldrubaal the Sunderer), the First King of Northern Germany and infamous for being responsible for splitting Germany into two factions, the Germans of the North and the Germans of the South, for several hundred years until the time of the great rebellions in the early 1700's. Legends tell that it was gifted to Maldrubaal by a coven of sorcerers as part of an alliance, in which they promised to aid him in conquering all of Germany (I'll get into detailing these events through a journal later). The blade is made out of Adamantium and therefore eternally sharp and nearly unbreakable and can cut through the strongest armor like a knife through hot butter.

Malekai was gifted the ancestral sword when he was 15 before his Mother and current head of House Domitius, Morgause von Schattenburg, grew to hate him.

By the way, I was intending to have Kai fully clothed, but I rationalized that a bit of fanservice would be better since the rest of my Furrybob commissions had my characters fully clothed and without eye-candy XD Plus, its fitting for Kai's personality to be something of a showoff.
