ehh im a fan of bipedal pokemons and its a pretty cool design
with personality and stuff that fan made evos lack
they were just bigger littens

I'm a fan of all pokemon really.
I just REALLY liked the direction Litten was going with the Torracat evolution. I guess I just really wanted a feline version of an Arcanine. :P

well torracat already seemed like it becomes bidepal in some ways

I mean not really. Every other fire start becomes bipedal from their first evolution, if they weren't already on two feet from their basic starter.
Litten and Torracat were on all four feet...that's literally a first for fire starters. So I had high hopes.

also you forgot quilava there
and i dunno torracat seems like its has strong feet and such which sorta seems in my eyes
like it makes a perfect middle stage for becoming bipedal

Hmmm I suppose the Quilava thing slipped my mind. I must just be used to the Crystal sprite. I swore he was constantly bipedal lol.
