So the whole joke is based on Oblivion. I was playing it at the neighbour apartement On Xbox 360.
In the game, you can persuade people if you want to increase your speechcraft. The slots are divided into 4: Admire, Joke, Coarse and Boast. Everyone knows what Admire and Joke means, but Coarse and Boast? Well, Coarseing is forcing someone to speak and Boasting is gossipping or telling the heard rumors.
In one part of the game I was playing, I was at inn. There was this lizardman guard you could speak with. So I decided to persuade with him. And as you can see, these were his dislikes and likes.
Seeing his biggest interest towards coarseing...I was confused.
(Continuation to the story on Part 2)
Art is mine while the game, it's content, characters and so on belongs to the makers of Oblivion.

Actually, it's "coerce," which basically means to force someone into doing what you want or into your way of thinking. In this case, I guess it'd mean persuasion through rougher tactics, and works better on NPCs who are more submissive.
"Boasting" is just generally hyping yourself up, telling of your own accomplishments, either accurate or exaggerated, and works better on NPCs who are more gullible or easily impressed.
But yeah, it still seems funny.
