how long did this take to make and what did you use to making the animation?

I used Photoshop. It took me about an hour and a half to get it all finished. I'm still practicing with my tablet so I'm a little slow with it.
Once you get the hang of it, Photoshop is really easy to use.

Yeah. It's possible. It would be real easy to edit your current avatar. Either that or a completely new one. I'll have to save it for later though. Free time is hard to come by.
