Parts of Wonderland are always dissapearing, due to the magically unstable constitution of the world, so objects need to be brought from our world (the "LogicWorld.") Popsums can cross into our world in liminal spaces-- spaces that make you feel like you're in the twilight zone, like WalMart at Midnight--- steal objects in their pouch and bring them back to Wonderland. The objects are "wonderfied" (given special uses or changed physically to be something stranger) and then put into Wonderland.

The Popsums are the top thieves of Wonderland, known from stealing from LogicWorld and from other Wonderlanders! They live in the middle of a big lake, on an island built of stuff they stole. They try to hide from predators like Paleokats, Jabberwockies and Cheshire Cats, and from other wonderlanders who are pissed that they stole their stuff.

Here is the current Popsum Queen-- she has a rare trait of having sugar-glider wings and can glide. That's not the reason she's Queen though, no. She's Queen because she stole the Royal Staff from the previous ruler. Whoever owns the staff is the most talented thief, and therefore their leader. She may have a tacky taste of style, but you'll have to wake up pretty early to outsmart her!
