Well, since I have a rather large traditional media commission I had committed to, I thought I had better yenno...like see if I could still use pencils XD Apart from my eagle painting/pencil work (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1888834/)

TEN, in all her drooly floofy glory, she's gonna eat your unborn childrens.
If anyone has some good scanning tutorials or tips for pencils I would really appreciate it, the original scan for this was yellow and splotchy D;

Ooh, that came out awesomely! ...if you can do coloured pencils after 4-5 years of ignoring them, maybe there is hope for me if i pick up my paints (though it's been nearly a decade in that case D:) So inspirational! *fistshakes back at you and Bloodi*

Haha, you should definitely try picking up those paints, I demand it! It would be exiting to see what you can do with them :D And I am sure TEN would allow this, born or unborn makes her happy either way. She's totally my answer for overpopulation... *scuttles off before people brain her* XD

I don't think there's a scanner in existence that doesn't totally rape pencil drawings, at least I've never encountered one. I sometimes (in chop) copy the layer, blur it slightly and change the blend mode to soft light. It always seems to require a lot of fixing, though.

Very cool! Jeez and you complimented my colored pencil work as if I had skill- this is insanely awesome and blows my stuff out of the water!! I love the detail in the fur the overall texture is just really cool.
Sadly I don't really have scanner advice, it tends to be all scanners are different... x.x

Seriously, for not having used them in such a long time (and this taken out of consideration) this is really a lovely little peace. You fiddled well with various structures and the different fur lengths and I still love the white neck fluff! :D

Thanks so much bloodi, I am hoping with some practice I can get comfortable with doing more full works again, traditional media definitely seems to have that more accomplished feeling when you are done over digital (or perhaps its just because its "new" to me again haha).
I do have the same feeling with digital art. I do like... I dunno, five pieces a year with Photoshop... if at all. XD
