Intoxication on a budget has remained my nr 1 priority since high school, especially with Swedens high liquor prices and how fucking difficult it is to get a drug guy around here.

Dude, the only places that have the death penalty for drug possesion are some of the stricter Islam theocracies, and even that is rare.
