"The man before you stands tall, proud. The armour on his frame fits well, and gleams softly in the sunlight. The greatsword beside him looks like an antique, an old design not used in close to 100 years. Nevertheless, it is as well looked after as the armour. It is not some ornamental showpiece. This is a sword that was designed for heavy use, for practicality rather than for show. The rest of his gear is simple, functional. A small buckler that is ready for use clips to his right forearm, and the Bergen style pack he carries seems almost empty, although a second sword rests in the top, the scabbard heavily strapped in as though to keep it safe. There is a faint clinking sound as it is picked up from what can be assumed to be coin, but otherwise it appears to be almost empty.

The armour has fresh scratches marring its surface, and whilst there is dried blood on the armour in places, it is clear that it is not all from the man that wears the thick metal..."
