Beige if you have the eye marking that large, and white if you're willing to make it a bit smaller. White is far more contrasting, and having it more low-contrast gives it less of an in-your-face, staring look. (Or have a white rim around the eye that fades to beige, and then blends in with the darker brown at the outer edges.) Some examples:
