It's a Japanese adult BL comic book by Hikakichi. The only kemono comic book of Hibakichi. I like his style.
There are a series of stories in the book. They are about a strange ill that can make a person change to a beast.
The stories may be not very excenllent but the art style is my favorite~

It's was the first doujin featured in a japanese Kemono Bara Anthology called Beef Jam.
The artist is well known, though I can't remember his name at the moment. XD In any case it's actually really interesting. It has a very short sex scene(s) in the entire doujin, but basically this is the plot synopsis
2 boys find a half human half tiger baby cub thrown out into the street from a construction site and decide to take it in. The 2 boys name the tiger Haku which I'm gonna assume due to the fact that he's a white tiger or something. They try to find out what Haku is, and is attacked by a lion of a similar demeanor. Haku at this point can't speak, but after one of boys gets killed, Haku's human blood awakens and becomes fully intellegent and kills the lion. At the same time we find out the other boy Kazuma is also the same half-blood type, but of a wolf.
The entire doujin contains assorted short stories of the origins of the half animal humans, the origins of Kazuma and Haku, and the genetics organization that created them and their reasons for doing so.
Without going into too much spoilers the titular "Beast Heaven" is a small paradise for the remaining half species who have propagated as an entire society
