So I've wanted to finish this sketch for a while cos Tats just looks so damn glompable X3

She will be becoming a member of the STR, as a healer, as a result of that mystical looking jewel, because gosh darn it i've got a thing for magical stones, it seems XD

And council? Well, she's a sweetheart who'll want to make anyone in the team feel better X3
