Tried doing a monochrome shaded thing and ended up... close? I ended up having to fiddle with it far too long despite my precise goal not to, so I'm not sure how good of an alternative this is to fully colored pieces :'u Maybe I'll just do flat color pieces or something instead haha...
I do like how it ended up tho, at the very least :D
