Physically Shilo's eyes are her most unique feature, and as such tend to be hidden in a makeshift blindfold, to keep others from feeling uncomfortable.

On the rare chance that her eyes are uncovered, one would see strange eyes, lacking pupils due to her blindness. They are colored in such a way that they seem to resemble white opals, creamy with flecks of rainbow colors throughout the iris.

Shilo is blind, but able to see. How? Well the thing is her way of seeing is not in the same fashion as others might. Rather, she see's what she refers to as a life force held by sentient beings. And while she can see the life forms in non sentient beings to do such of non sentient beings requires her to touch the object with her hand. To her life forms appear in many strange ways, most often as random colored shapes, like flashing stars or an aura'd outline, surrounding the blackness.instead of the flesh and details an individual with normal vision would see.

Her blindness is the flaw that balances out her heightened senses as well as her ability to not just see such things that most never seem to notice, but to help her to find and use magical lay lines, something which is visible to her in radiant colors, or earthen energies to heal/hurt others or herself. She is also able to speak, and understand all Quad animals, and plant life, a skill that comes handy to her.
