Obsessed with the new Care Bear show, i've thrown myself into this abyss and made my own OC

Surprisingly, The Show is pretty good ! I mean, in my opinion. It's totally better than Peppa =v=. Many people seem to compare this to My Little Pony and well, idk about that so...

This is Emphaty bear, or just Emph. He's a pretty tired, talks a bit groggy with his rough voice, he doesn't seem okay but he's fine. He's not able to peform a Bear Stare if he doesn't has some kind of affinity with the other, His Belly Badge Power only works if he understands what his significant other is feeling and why is he feeling like that, the Power might not work, but it's an indicator Emph cares about you.
