This was last unicorn inspired, and started out as a doodle. She was ment to be just a unicorn but i made her a water Kelpie. Then i couldnt stop myself there, She is so adorbs i couldn't just leave her alone. I had to kiss her with some digital color too. Enjoy and Happy Halloween
