Pretty old at this point but I’ve working on it on and off for so long that I was gonna be angry if I didn’t post him. One of my Skyrim OCs, Aeard.
He’s from one of the strongholds there, but was banished. I headcanon that you go through a sort of ceremony that is the stronghold’s way of declaring you as no longer an Orc when you’re exiled. Other than the symbolic stuff, they also remove your tusks (and not very gently), to show other Orcs and strongholds that you are now considered a non-Orc.
This was more or less just me trying to figure out scar placing and what his mouth looked like post-tusks.
