Here we see the modern Chozo female in her native habitat of a space-craft's bridge. This one's name is Velvet Soul and we see her here living up to the first half of her name; have you ever seen a specimen so plush or so softened? Her feathers cover an enormity of adiposis that invites all around her to embrace it, and never--

"Jonas, are you gonna shut up and order me more take-out?"

The AI shut his mouth, restraining his laughter as he blinked his affirmation on the status screen. "Of course, Ms. Velvet-butt."

So yah, I out-of-nowhere came up with the idea that Velvet Soul has a ship-board AI who likes to crack fat jokes and puns while Soul acts like she never heard them. A bit of a between-siblings rivalry, especially considering my head-canon is that Jonas was born from the brain-scans of another Chozo.
