If produced in a mass-quantity fashion, yes. Because we only made this one and not plan to make another Scar suit, especially not to sell off, then this is okay to sell for this one time. This was created originally for us here at Sparkle Kreations to keep, the only reason we would possibly sell it is to help us make ends meet.
I hadn't the slightest idea that someone else had made a Scar suit around the same time! How neat! Because we only made this one and we do not plan to make a second Scar suit, especially not to sell, then this is okay to sell for this one time. I am The right full King. MUAHAHAHA.
Well yeah it is highly Quesionable that it is EVEN legal to make fursuit at all from disney chars and asking money for it.
It is not the first time Disney sued us furries for copyright infringements, where furs SOLD fan artwork with disney chars (especialy TLK)

If fanart is produced in a mass-quantity fashion, it is not legal because the artist would be making money off of their design. Yep. I learned that due my 4 years working on Project Cars. You can have the same race track in reallife, but if you did not get the license, you just need to alter, a curve, the scenery or just something, THAT is visible and easy to see. Then you are out of the problems.
But yeah several furs have been suid by disney for selling art with TLK chars, with no alterrations, cept some fat, or muscles, but they are easily to see as Mufasa, Scar ect... Especialy if they add the name with copyright, Still not save them for a lawsuit, due it was sold in porfolios or made alot of money in commisions.
But always glad to help there and I did not first knew, you made it to keep it.

It can look like scar, body wise, but you must change something visable that makes him him (kinda hard with a suit), but helps enough to just change the mane color or the tailtuft color.
After all it could be just some fan made costume based on scar and that you can sell, since it is not him.
Only direct thing I can use to compare that is with my experience helping develop Project C.A.R.S. for some race tracks. They got the Layout... but not the looks of the original track.
As said it can look the same, might even look like scar, but then the scar should be on the other side. or ad some more scars, or alter a color somewhere ect.
This is also for other suit builders. If one commision copyrighted disney and nintendo fursuits... Refuse, for legal issues and make the commisioner clear that under such conditions you can't. You must clear them up and say the only condition you could do, is that there alterations.
The only way you can make a directly copy of any copyrighted char (weirdly Digimon falls out of that rooster) is to make it for your self and maybe gift it for free.
